Virtual publications

PRs are dying out, and few people want paper ones in place of PDFs on a website, but Programme/Souvenir Books and convention newsletters are still popular. If running a hybrid convention, make sure the virtual attendees have access to the same material as physical people can pick up at registration. Put PDF files of Programme Books on ReadMes on your website, and publish newsletters as they are printed. Decide whether the copyright and financial value of the programme book justifies the bother of putting it behind a paywall.
