Virtual Green Room

The space where programme participants muster, unlike physical ones in the Green Room.

Physical green rooms have the attractions of nibbles and free drinks, and are often popular social spaces in their own right, which is needed as their spikes of activity and long quiet periods. Sometimes they host programme ops.

Virtual green rooms can be the lobbies of a programme specific video chat. Remote attendance can lead to participants joining very late, so there is no time for a panel to prepare.
