There's no reason to conform to the pattern of the other hotel pages, but in case it was not obvious the intent of [[Westin Boston Waterfront]] and [[Hyatt Regency Cambridge]] is to contain everything I know about the hotels that is *not* available on their web site, with only enough publicly available information to glue it all together. You're totally right about square footage exaggerations, and both of the hotel articles I authored start out with a correct number there for exactly that reason. Concrete data on F&B expectations is indeed hard to find publicly and perhaps I should put some of that up, though I don't have the kind of data you have.  A lot of basic information on certain hotels is actually difficult to obtain. I've never seen anyone average the food prices, or post seasonal high/low data. A lot of hotels overstate their sqft and include balcony sizes in their estimates as well. Ceiling height is another gotcha, but the worst one is out of date or altogether missing maps.
