Depending on how your organization is structured, this may be a very formal meeting, or just another meeting of the [[ConCom]]. <br /> <br /> For example, if your organization is [[incorporation|incorporated]], the Board may be required by law or [[Bylaws]] to have one or more business meetings in which certain events occur, such as election of officers or formally approving budgets and expenses. Or the Board and the ConCom may be essentially two different groups of people handling different aspects of the convention business, such as in a [[Parent Organization]] - convention relationship.
